The price we agree is the price you pay
You get a written quote with labour and materials broken out line by line, not one round number you have to trust. Anything we find later, like rot behind a wall or a pipe that has to move, gets priced and approved by you in writing before we touch it. Nothing is ever added to your bill quietly.
Your money stays ahead of the work
We never ask for a large deposit up front. You pay in stages against work that is finished and signed off, so what you have paid for is always already standing in your property. You are never out of pocket waiting on a promise.
One founder, start to finish, no markup in between
Because we are a lean new company with no sales floor and no head office to feed, there is no middleman adding a margin to your job. The person who quotes your work is the person who runs it and the person you call when you have a question. Where a specialist is needed, you are told who they are and you see their cost, not a hidden mark-up.
